프로 축구 부산 아이파크의 공격수 임상협(25)이 K리그 최고의 ‘꽃미남’으로 선정됐다.

한국프로축구연맹은 2일 임상협이 지난달 25일부터 30일까지 트위터와 페이스북을 통해 진행된 "K리그 최고의 꽃미남"을 뽑는 설문 조사에서 팬들의 압도적인 지지를 얻어 1위를 차지했다고 발표했다.

최종 집계 결과 임상협은 총 1,845명의 설문 참가자 가운데 557표를 얻어 1위에 올랐고, 전북 현대 모터스의 이동국이 339표를 획득, 2위를 차지했으며 제주 유나이티드의 홍정호, 울산 현대의 박용지가 그 뒤를 이었다.

2009년 전북 유니폼을 입고 프로에 정식 데뷔한 임상협은 2011년 부산으로 이적, 그 해에만 10골을 터뜨리며 꽃미남 골잡이로 이름을 떨친 바 있다.

한편, 임상협은 현재까지 진행된 2013 K 리그 클래식 8경기에서 4골을 기록하며 최고의 골 감각을 뽐내고 있다. (코리아 헤럴드)

Lim Sang-hyub ‘most handsome player’ in K League

Lim Sang-hyub from the Busan IPark team has been selected the "most handsome player" in the K League, Korea’s pro soccer league.

The Korea Football Association said on Thursday that fans voted the 25-year-old midfielder as the most attractive player in the K League, while Lee Dong-gook from Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors and Hong Jung-Ho from Jeju United came in second and third, respectively.

The association conducted the survey from April 25-30 on its Twitter and Facebook accounts.

Lim Sang-hyub received 557 out of a total 1,845 votes in the survey. He debuted in 2009 as a member of the Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors and later transferred to Busan IPark in 2011 after pulling off his career-best performance.

He has scored four goals in eight games so far in the 2013 season of the K League Classic after overcoming ankle injuries.
