Lim Sang-hyub from the Busan IPark team has been selected the "most handsome player" in the K League, Korea’s pro soccer league.
The Korea Football Association said on Thursday that fans voted the 25-year-old midfielder as the most attractive player in the K League, while Lee Dong-gook from Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors and Hong Jung-Ho from Jeju United came in second and third, respectively.
The association conducted the survey from April 25-30 on its Twitter and Facebook accounts.
Lim Sang-hyub received 557 out of a total 1,845 votes in the survey. He debuted in 2009 as a member of the Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors and later transferred to Busan IPark in 2011 after pulling off his career-best performance.
He has scored four goals in eight games so far in the 2013 season of the K League Classic after overcoming ankle injuries.
