In the individual events, 24-year-old Ki beat Fang Yuting of China to win her second gold medal.
Ki, the current world No. 1, opened the match with a 7 point shot, but managed to hit a 10 with her third arrow to win the final with a 6-2 set victory.
In the bronze medal game, Korea’s Choi Hyeong-ju beat Miranda Lee of the United States to claim Korea’s third medal.
Choi, who was making her international debut, gave her opponent no chances in the 6-0 set win.
The women’s performance, however, was the only success for Korea as the men’s team failed to win a medal in Shanghai.
The Shanghai World Cup, which attracted more than 300 archers from across the globe, is the first of three stages in this year’s World Cup. The World Cup culminates in a final in Tokyo in September.
