A teenage abuse survivor has accused high ranking Victorian police of ignoring evidence, and protecting a fellow officer from being reported for family violence. Victoria police's family violence command has dismissed the claims and the mother and son at the centre of the case say that shows the force isn't capable of investigating one of its own.
